Screen Forever — Brand identity

  • We joined forces with Screen Producers Australia (SPA) to create the branding and design system for yet another Screen Forever conference. SPA worked with us to develop a new visual identity that would extend across digital and printed communications.

  • Our aim was to develop a brand that is simple, inclusive, yet with a definitive character and striking presence—a language where colour and form merge to create a strong visual expression that balances engagement and expertise with a joyful narrative.

  • A striking and stimulating mix of colour and shape contrast, balance and movement establishes distinction and a fresh and dynamic voice for the event.

    Although there is clearly a non-figurative language at play here, there is also a simple aesthetic pleasure derived from the multi-coloured mix of shapes and images.

  • The presence of a functional modular system is central to the designs. It helps to delineate different types of content, to guide the eyes around different messages, and most importantly, provides a simple yet effective way to refresh the identity in the coming years by rearranging the colour scheme.

    As a whole, the work stands out for its abstract dialogue rooted in creativity and strong statements, both visual and conceptual.
